Hana Colakovic is an entrepreneur, speaker and CEO of the technology company Link Utvikling in Bergen, Norway. She is a partner at Atlas Accelerator and First Tuesday Bergen, serves on several boards, and was a 2024 finalist for Young Leadership Talent of the Year in Western Norway.

Hana has built companies, concepts and networks since she was 21. She has experience from two exits, investments in more than 20 early-stage technology companies, and an academic background in innovation and leadership. Today she leads the award-winning technology company Link Utvikling, which develops digital products and app, web and system solutions focused on artificial intelligence, usability, quality and scalability. The company is also behind Kulturjakten, an IPN research project that has received several million NOK in funding and combines technology, culture and public value. Hana is a partner and co-founder of Atlas Accelerator, where she works on investments, strategy, product development and go-to-market for early-stage technology companies. In 2025 Atlas Accelerator invested in 17 companies, while more than 100 startups took part in the pre-accelerator programme. She is also a partner and project lead at First Tuesday Bergen, Western Norway's largest network for innovation and technology with more than 6,200 members. In addition she chairs the board of Kulturjakten and serves on the boards of Ulriken Taubaneselskap AS and Carte Blanche Norge AS (deputy). Hana studied at UC Berkeley and Rice Business School, and her master's thesis received the Innovation Award at HVL in 2019.
